Once a year our incredible team of swim school managers get together for the BlueFit Swimming swim school conference.
This year the conference was held in July. The entire team caught up in Sydney for the full two-day event. Throughout the two days the team were able to develop their knowledge around swim schools and furthermore the entire range of programs on offer with BlueFit Swimming.
Led by our industry professionals Michele (General Manager of BlueFit Swimming) and Stephanie (NSW Regional Swim School Manager) they also managed to have a little fun.
With a creative challenge for teams to build their own boat and see which team’s boat floated the furthest. Itâs no surprise that the industry professionals were the team who came out in front.
Expanding their networks, the conference was an opportunity for all of our swim school managers to get out and press reset just in time for the summer intake of students.
It was wonderful to see all of the managers working together to further develop their knowledge and improve their individual skills.
We cannot wait to see the team implement their new knowledge!
