Payment must be received prior to participating in a lesson. If your name is not on the class list you will not be allowed to participate in the lesson until fees are paid in full. Direct Debit – you will be automatically enrolled into your current lesson day and time perpetually. Your position in the program is guaranteed. The fortnightly fee will be debited from either your bank account or credit card account.
Students will be able to mark themselves absent 7 days before up to 24 hours before their lessons. Students will have at least 8 make up lessons per booking per calendar year. We will launch our new make up policy on October 1st at all locations.
Make up lessons cannot be transferred to a different student. Make up lessons are not transferable or refundable.
If you wish to cancel your BlueFit Swimming lessons please provide written notice, TWO weeks prior to your next Direct Debit. Your registration fee is then used to cover your final two lessons. Once you have sent through your cancellation request, we do recommend calling us to confirm the cancellation has been received.

BlueFit Swimming is not a term based school, our program continues throughout the year, swimming through the School Holidays. Classes do not run on Public Holidays and we close over the Christmas and New Year break, these dates will be advertised in advance. (Dates to be advised) If your lesson falls on any of these dates you will not be charged.

BlueFit swimming encourages year round swimming for its participants for optimum results. However, when you are going away on holidays or wish to take a short break, we can arrange for you to cancel your booking. We can then place your family on our follow up report. This means we will contact you to rebook upon your return.
We assess all children in the program every 4-6weeks in their class. We continually monitor all children’s progress in conjunction with their swim teacher. If you wish to discuss your child’s progress please speak to the Pool Deck Coordinators. It is the Pool Deck Coordinators role to provide customer service and feedback on program participants. As you can appreciate, our swim instructors need to focus on their class at all times!
