HOW WILL THE ENROLMENT PROCESS WORK?

In order to create a swim school timetable that meets the needs of families previously enrolled in the program as well as new families, you will need to complete an online registration form. This form will be available from Tuesday 17th January at 8pm sharp.

We will call customers in the order the registration was received.

THE FORM WILL INCLUDE

A $10 registration fee will be payable upon the submission of your registration. This will go towards your first lesson with your first fortnightly debit taking place on Friday 6th December. If you complete an online registration but do not proceed with enrolment due to availability we will refund the registration fee.

PREVIOUSLY ENROLLED?

If you were enrolled before lockdown we have unfortunately not received any information regarding your child’s level or lesson time. However, BlueFit Swimming has taken over a number of Belgravia centres previously and can confidently place your child in the correct level. When you complete your registration you will be asked what level you were in the GoSwim program, this will then tell you the equivalent BlueFit level.
We will do everything possible to ensure that previously enrolled students keep their preferred lesson time. We believe we can accommodate all bookings but advise submitting your online registration form as soon as bookings open to guarantee a spot.

BlueFit offers the opportunity for your children to come and practice their swimming skills outside of their scheduled lesson time. Upon presentation of the BlueFit Swimming entry card, children can enter the facility with a full fee paying adult.
Children under 6 years of age: A parent or guardian is free with the child, the parent MUST be in the water with the child.
Children from 6 years of age: A parent or guardian pay entry and MUST be in the centre with the child (they can be a spectator).

Please note due to government restrictions bookings for casual swimming are required. You will not be able to stay back after your lesson without a booking.

1.I wish to know how my child is progressing who do i ask?

We assess all children in the program every 4-6 weeks in their class. We continually monitor all children’s progress in conjunction with their swim teacher. If you wish to discuss your child’s progress, please speak to the Pool Deck Coordinators who are always on duty. It is the Pool Deck Coordinators role to provide customer service and feedback on program participants. As you can appreciate, our swim instructors need to focus on their class at all times!

1.Is there anything I need to do when I arrive for my first BlueFit Swimming lesson?

Upon arrival you will receive your BlueFit Swimming card and enrolment pack. Once you have scanned in you will be given a coloured token. Before your child enters the lesson, they can then place the token in the corresponding box in front of your lesson area. Students are required to have a guardian with them to enter the facility.
