Our customer support team is available 8:00am – 8:00pm weekdays and 8:00am- 4:00pm weekends (AEST).
This team can assist with all booking and student enquiries and can move or adjust any booking across the country, however, we understand you may need to speak directly to the site team from time to time.
We’re updating our phone system to make it easier for you to reach your swim school site directly when needed. With these changes will be an update to the voice prompts at the beginning of a call. This is to ensure your call can be directed to a site directly if you require it. Please be mindful that our team on the ground can get busy dealing with face-to-face enquiries, so if at any point they can not answer your phone call, your call will be redirected to our customer support team. If your call goes unanswered, our team will always call you back.
Please note, with this change our phone system may be down temporarily while the updates take place. We'll provide notice on our Facebook Page once we have a date from our carrier.
