SANDRINGHAM - News

We are excited to see restrictions ease and swimming lessons return from Wednesday, 3rd November! When we re-open we have some exciting updates to our learn to swim program.

The program will move from a term-based system to a perpetual (fortnightly payments) program which not only means more consistent swimming outcomes for your child but also means no more bulk upfront payments!

Under the new perpetual system, classes will continue to run through the school holidays with a small break over Christmas/New Year. We will not run on Public Holidays and if your lesson is meant to fall on one of these days you will not be charged. Check out our 2021 Swim School Calendar for all our important dates.

2021 Enrolment

For families who paid or had credits for previous term before lockdown, we have added a credit to your account. Whenever you are ready to return to lessons this will be available to use up before your fortnightly payments begin.

To simplify the process we have enrolled families in the same classes they were in before lockdown. It has been some time since we had lessons and you may have forgotten when your classes were scheduled. To check your current booking please login to the parent portal. Instructions on how to access the parent portal are below. If you will not be returning to the program please complete a lesson cancellation form . Note: If you do not provide notice of cancellation your booking will remain and your credits will be used up until we are notified of your cancellation.

Going forward you can enrol and cancel throughout the year whenever suits your family and their needs.

Vaccination Requirements (updated as of 19th November)

Everyone aged 12 years and 2 months and over must have had both shots of your COVID-19 vaccine to enter our facilities. Please show proof at entry. This includes everyone using the facility and/or accompanying children to swimming lessons. The easiest way to show proof of vaccination is to link your COVID-19 digital certificate with the Service Victoria app and show it at check in, but it’s not the only way. The Victorian Government have published a handy guide to proof of vaccination. Please note our focus is on returning services back to the community and our front line customer service teams are simply following the rules provided by the government. We ask that all patrons respect these rules as we get our local teams back into employment and communities active again.
