At BlueFit Swimming, we believe that practice is the key to mastering essential life safety skills and advancing through our swimming levels. To ensure your child is making the most of their lessons and truly learning, we encourage swimming more than once a week.
Once your child reaches the Seahorse level, we recommend swimming at least twice a week. This frequency helps reinforce what they learn each week and ensures they retain and apply their skills effectively.
Here are some of the key benefits of swimming twice a week:
✅ Enhanced Skill Development: With more frequent training sessions, students have more opportunities to refine their techniques, build endurance, and master new skills.
✅ Preparation for Competitive Swimming: For those considering Mini Squad or competitive squad programs, which require swimming three times a week, swimming twice a week lays a strong foundation.
✅ Increased Motivation: Regular swimming keeps students motivated and engaged, fostering a deeper commitment to their swimming goals.
Swimming more than once a week means your child will be assessed more frequently which will speed up their progression through the levels. This accelerated progress will improve their confidence in and out of the water. Let's make every lesson count!
Students who take up a second lesson receive a 10% discount on the additional lesson!
