Meet Jo!
Jo is our incredible Swim School Manager here at Casula! She has an extensive knowledge of swimming, along with a great amount of experience within the industry. As a Swim School Manager, Jo is responsible for the professional development of all of our instructors. She is also the person who ensures that our students are getting the most out of their lessons. In her spare time, Jo loves to do arts and crafts and spending important time with her beautiful kids.

Deb is our Pool Ceck Co-ordinator (PDC) AND one of our Learn to Swim instructors.Â
Many BlueFit Swimming members will have seen Deb in and around Casula. Deb has a great sense of humor and brings a lot of joy to our team. She is always willing to help out where she can and has a great âcan doâ attitude!
What is a Pool Deck Co-ordinator?
A Pool Deck Co-ordinator is responsible for the smooth operations of the swim school on the pool deck. When classes are running you will often see a member of staff who walks around the pool providing assistance to our instructors and swim school families. Consider the PDCs as the master traffic coordinators of the pool.
